We wanted a quick sale of our property and had it on the market with another estate agent. We contacted dusted as a second agent but were so blown away by Kylie; her honesty and efficiency. In a tough market, Dusted sold our flat within 3 months. The service and support from both Kylie and Vicki throughout was personal and professional. We would use them again if needed. They also sent us a lovely gift basket once completed.

All I can say is WOW 🤩 didn’t realise how unorganised my flat really was and now I’m fully ashamed I even let it get that way! But my goodness I can’t even put into words just how amazing they have been! We recently purchased our property through Dusted, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kylie was absolutely wonderful - always prompt, professional, and friendly in her communication. The support we received both during and after the sale was outstanding. To top it all off, they even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and a beautiful bouquet to celebrate - such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us as first-time buyers!

Having been with another company for over a decade and knowing how hard it was to find good companies that had availability, I wasn't looking to change. However late October on returning from holiday and feeling very unwell (ongoing issues) we found ourselves suddenly without our cleaner and the company deciding not offer a home cleaning service anymore! Dusted have been our saviours. I’d noticed their advertising but thought they were bound to be fully booked. However they do, from time to time, offer “one off” sessions so I thought I’d make contact and thankfully we got a session. Since then Vicki has worked very hard to continue to find 2 weekly sessions for us. That level of service and customer care is very rare in my experience. The cleaners they employ are very professional, very competent, personable and polite and look very smart in their “uniforms”. Dusted do a fabulous, first class job and I’m so pleased to have found them. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

I contacted Dusted as we really needed weekly help with keeping on top of household chores. We have a full house of teenagers and animals. We have had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing team member who not only sorts out our home, she assists in extra jobs if needed, and has become a part our extended family. The whole company has the most excellent response to any queries, they respond the same day, and are really open to any suggestions. I highly recommend using them!

We have been using Dusted for nearly 6 months and I am so impressed with them. The house is always immaculate once they have been, it’s a real treat coming home on a Monday! Vicki and her team are really responsive and communicative so we always know if, on the very odd occasion, our day or time needs to change and they always turn up at the time they say they will. Nothing is too much trouble, if we have something specific we need doing we just email the Dusted team and they make sure it is done! I would highly recommend Dusted.
